Online top-up and identity verification

Administrators: enable online payment

Open System Admin › System Settings, the User Related tab, "Recharge" card. The methods are Alipay, WeChat Pay, Rainbow EPay, Code Pay and Bank Transfer. Online payment needs a "Callback base URL", which must be an HTTPS address that the payment platform uses to notify you of payments.

Caution The callback base URL must be reachable from the public internet by the payment platform. If you enable only bank transfer, an administrator checks it manually and adds the balance under Billing › User Recharge.

Administrators: enable identity verification

The "Identity Verification" card on the same tab lets you choose the method: Alipay identity verification or WeChat face verification (Tencent Cloud). Choose "None" to turn it off. When on, users must complete identity verification before they can buy a plan.

Users: top up

Open Account Center › Account Recharge, choose WeChat Pay or Alipay and scan the QR code to pay. Top-ups and spending can be reviewed under Account Center › Spending Records.

Users: verify identity

Open Account Center › Profile, and in the "Identity Verification" dialog scan with WeChat or Alipay and complete the face check. Until verification passes, buying a plan prompts you to verify first.
