Users and plans
Administrators: users
Go to System › User Management and click "Add user" to create an account and choose the role. After login a user sees only their own sites, forwards and statistics.
Administrators: plans
Go to Plan Management:
- Base plans: define features and quota, such as the number of sites, traffic and available protection features.
- Plan groups: sort plans into groups for display.
- Upgrade packs: add quota on top of an existing plan.
- Sold Packages: see what users bought and when it expires; the plan's CNAME can also be changed here.
- Plan monitoring: keep an eye on plans close to their limits.
Administrators: top-ups and orders
Finance › User Top-up adds balance to a user, and All Orders and Top-up Statistics show the records. Payment methods and callbacks for online top-up are set in the system settings; without online payment, an administrator can top up after checking manually.
Users: self-service
- Plan Management › Buy Plan to choose and purchase, My Plans to see usage and expiry.
- Account Center › Top Up to add balance, Billing History to see charges.
- Account Center › Profile to change the password, bind email and phone, and turn on a one-time code (authenticator). When enabled you get 8 recovery codes, shown only once and each usable once; they let you log in if you lose your phone, so keep them safe.
- Account Center › API Keys to generate keys for calling the HTTP API.
Caution After a plan expires, actions such as adding sites are restricted. Renew before expiry so the business isn't affected.
