Add a site

Add

Administrators go to Site Management › All Sites; tenants go to Site Management › My Sites. Click + Add sites and fill in:

  • Domain: the domain to accelerate, for example www.example.com.
  • Origin address: your server (IP or domain), plus the origin protocol and port.
  • Plan: for tenants, the purchased plan decides the available features and quota.

After saving, the site appears in the list and its details show the site's CNAME target. Use it to update DNS in the next step; see Set up the CNAME record.

Caution Nodes must be able to reach the origin. If the origin only accepts node IPs, add the node IPs to the origin firewall allowlist first.

Check after adding

  • The origin protocol and port match the origin; for several origins see Origin settings.
  • If the origin is a domain, make sure nodes can resolve it.
  • For HTTPS, see HTTPS certificates.

FAQ

  • "License locked": adding sites, forwarding and nodes are unavailable for now. Check the license connection; see Licenses and add-ons.
  • A tenant cannot add a site: first check that the account's plan still has quota, or contact the administrator.
