Terms of Service

The service

666 ("we") provides the gocdn self-hosted CDN software, together with its licensing, updates and admin service (the "Service").

The software runs on your own servers. Visitor traffic passes only through your own nodes, not through us.

Trials

A trial starts with an application. Once we approve it, we email you the install command. The trial period counts from the day of approval and is stated in the approval email; trials are free and need no payment method.

We may decline applications that use disposable email addresses or are duplicated or submitted in bulk, and may revoke an approved trial if we find this afterwards.

Licensing and payment

The plans, billing periods, and node and site quotas of paid licenses are as stated on the pricing page and in the contract between us.

When a trial license expires: no new nodes or sites can be added; after 7 days the nodes stop serving (visitors are disconnected); settings are kept and service resumes automatically once you buy a license. The expiry rules of paid licenses follow the contract and are not affected by this clause.

Data and privacy

What we collect, what it is used for, how long it is kept, and what the software reports to the license server are described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or lost data arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service; where we are at fault, our liability is limited to the fees you actually paid for the Service, unless the contract says otherwise.

You are responsible for backing up your own data and for the content of your websites and its lawfulness.
