What we collect
When you apply for a trial: the email, name / company, planned node count and contact details you enter. Your IP address and browser identifier (User-Agent) at submission are stored only as hashes (ip_hash, ua_hash), to prevent abuse.
How we use it
To review your trial, send the install command and contact you about your needs. It is not used for anything else, and never sold or shared with third parties.
How long we keep it
After 180 days we erase the personal information in an application (email, name, contact details, the browser-identifier hash and any notes). We keep only the non-reversible email and IP hashes, the review status and the link to a customer record, to prevent duplicate applications and for bookkeeping. For customers, records are kept as agreed in the contract.
What the software you install reports
The controller periodically reports the data below to the license server (full list in the table), for license validation, threat intelligence and the anonymous totals on this website. Access logs and site content are never reported.
